We keep it simple: all US orders ship free, every time, no minimum required.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed, and a second email with tracking info once your package ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.


⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

ChillPaws products ship directly from our suppliers to ensure you get the freshest inventory at the best price. Here's what to expect:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days from shipment
  • Most orders arrive within 10 business days
  • Delays can occur during peak seasons (holidays, etc.)

We source our products internationally to bring you premium quality at honest prices. This means slightly longer delivery windows than domestic-only brands — but we think you'll agree the product is worth it.


📍 Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. Use it to follow your package from warehouse to doorstep.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the tracking email — this is normal while the carrier scans your package into their system.


🌍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (standard delivery timeframes apply).

We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand to Canada and the UK soon — sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping launches.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived after 20 business days from your ship date, please reach out to us and we'll make it right — either a replacement shipment or a full refund, your choice.

For packages showing "delivered" but not received, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
